All services are provided as per mutually agreed project proposals, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, source code, graphics, content, marketing materials, and documentation developed by AECHO remain the intellectual property of AECHO unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients receive the rights to use deliverables only after full payment is made.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made as per the agreed project quotation or invoice.
• AECHO reserves the right to suspend or terminate ongoing work in case of delayed or non-payment.
• All fees once paid are non-refundable, as our services are tailored to specific client requirements.

6. No Refund or Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business — involving digital development and marketing services — all payments are final and non-refundable. Once a project has been initiated or payment has been made, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.

7. Confidentiality

AECHO respects the confidentiality of all client information. Any data, documents, or project-related material shared with AECHO will be used solely for the purpose of project execution and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

AECHO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Some of our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, APIs, marketing tools, etc.). AECHO is not responsible for the performance, downtime, or issues caused by such third-party services.

10. Modifications to Terms
